Hong Kong beat Palais 33-14

PNG City Pharmacy Palais went down to hostoHong Kong, 33 -14 inthe opener ofthe 2013 Asia-Pacific Womenrsquo;s Sevens Championship in Shanghai, Hong Kong.

The going was tougher againstthe gallant Japan Sevens 37-7 intheir second encounter.

 

The Kymlie Rapila captained side will need to provertheir worth on field to advance tothe second day ofthe cup competition. 

 

PNG is among six teams competing inthe championship, including China, Japan, Samoa, Australia and host Hong Kong. 

 

The championship was organized in partnership with China Rugby Football Association, Asian Rugby Football Union,the Federation of Oceania Rugby Unions andInternational Rugby Beard.
