It also contributes to lost opportunities in education and being able create a sustainable and adequate livelihood.
Prime Minister Peter O’Neill identiflied with this recently when he spoke of new policies that encourage young women not to fall pregnant beforethe age of 25.
Benefits ofthese policies will include education and business opportunities to help young people to be financially secure beforethey can take onthe responsibility of being parents.
