One of the Ombudsmen, John Nero to refused to comment on his referral on allegations of misconduct in office.
Public Prosecutor, PondrosKaluwin referred Nero to the Chairman of the Committee yesterday.
The Chairman, who is the Prime Minister, will request the Chief Justice to appoint an appropriate tribunal to hear and determine the allegations.
