The National Government has expressed concern of what it says is abuse of free tuition fees issued to schools throughout the country and it has moved to stop it.
Acting Education Minister James Marape says in the 2013 academic program will now run under two components of cash and commodity.
Grants will be issued directly to schools under the cash component, materials to schools, under commodities will be channeled under the private partnership arrangements.
