The Pangu Party leader, Sam Basil, said candidates will be part of an institution that will have policies to monitor and implement projects.
The Bulolo MP stated that under the Pangu Pati banner, leaders would sign a Memorandum Of Understanding to deliver impact projects.
Deputy Opposition Leader, Sam Basil, also said that the Ward Councils would be utilised for the implementation of impact projects.
Pangu Pati has been working to gain support from the eight districts, which is currently dominated by the ruling party – People’s National Congress.
Candidates who stand under the Pangu banner will sign an MOU to deliver to the people.
Basil said it will be the kind of party that will mentor leaders to achieve set goals. He describes it is an institution based upon agreements, that will deliver services to the people.
The party has also started discussions with students at the University of Papua New Guinea to join.
On Saturday, Pangu Pati was in the Markham district to reach out to the people and elect executives.
Being the country’s oldest party, it says it is on a move to capture all the other eight districts of Morobe and set the tone for 2017.
