Sharing the top of the table with the Dragons and Cowboys, the Brisbane Broncos will play the last-placed Manly Sea Eagles in Friday night football at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
Tonight will also feature the Wests Tigers host the Gold Coast Titans at Leichhardt Oval.
Desperate for a win, the Manly Sea Eagles just 3 wins from 11 matches, and hope to turn their season around tonight.
But, a win will be hard to come by as the Broncos have been in great form this season, now sitting at an equal third on top of the ladder.
Manly’s first choice half back remains sidelined with a shoulder injury and Broncos skipper, Justin Hodges, will start in the centres while Corey Parker will be rested as Sam Thaiday comes into the line-up.
Both the Tigers and Titans need to turn their seasons around if they want to keep their finals hopes alive.
The Tigers will have Aarons Woods come in to skipper the team in the absence of Robbie Farah and the Titans will be without William Zillman who has been ruled out due to a back injury.
