The public will have a chance to know and understand the financial products of local business outlets through the Bank of Papua New Guinea Financial Inclusion Expo.
This was announced by Bank of Papua New Guinea Governor Loi Bakani, at a media conference today.
The expo will be held in July with two major events in Lae, Morobe Province and Port Moresby followed by smaller expos in other regions.
“This is part of our plan to let people know and get together with different financial institutions and telecommunication companies to understand and appreciate some of the financial services and products that they provide,” said the Governor for Bank of Papua New Guinea, Loi Bakani.
He added a third expo will be in Mount Hagen between July 15-16.
