Port Moresby Police are still collecting information on the recent escape of Tommy Maiva Baker, who the police have labeled the “Most Notorious Criminal” in the Southern Region.
Baker escaped from Correctional Officers’ custody at Port Moresby General Hospital on Tuesday, October 2.
On September 28, Baker had complained of a toothache and was taken to the Hospital, where he escaped from CS custody.
Baker is wanted for a string of criminal acts in Milne Bay, Northern, and Central provinces.
This includes the ATM Robbery in Alotau, numerous sea piracy cases resulting in murder, and the Jacksons Airport Robbery in 2017.
