The residents of the National Housing Corporation flats were given a window of three weeks before they are evicted.
Michael Hapita, spokesman for those affected, grew up living in the housing common block, and now has four children.
With faces painted with black paint and gloom, parents and children gathered with signs reading, Illegal Sale of Property, Stop Eviction.
Hapita said, after receiving the eviction notice, taking the matter to court would be an expensive exercise.
Mothers from three to four generations told EMTV News they have nowhere to go.
After, when the land was purchased from the Housing Commission, plans to erect a fence around the block of land, was stopped after an encounter with the buyer.
The eviction victims said this may be another illegal deal.
They are calling on the Housing and Urbanisation Minister, John Kaupa, to take action.
