Minister for National Planning, Monitoring and Implementation, Charles Abel, officially launchedthe Wewak district development plan recently, in Wewak, East Sepik province.
The five year plan is a road map for effective service delivery to people inthe rural areas.
Local MP, Jim Simatab, said government policies clearly state that people must be served effectively, and all LLG chairmen must take lead in ensuring this.
