The way foward in this survey is a great idea in every we do or implement to measure all angles in the government service delivery of service if it is reaching the remotest part of the rural populace. This will show positive and negative results. As for all rural remote areas where the bulk of the population of PNG is; I’am afraid the government has totally failed. However, I call on the Authorities to pick up from where the blockages are and move on from there. while the results are yet to be completed. I wish to announce that government service delivery has totally failed to reach the 78% of the total population of PNG. This I’m referring to the delivery of health services. Morobe rural have been badly affected.
