LFA will not run out of balls

The Lae Football Association inthe Morobe Province will not run out of soccer balls in this season,the Chemcare Group of Companies made sure of that.

The group gave more than five hundred soccer balls on Wednesday and also plans to improverthe condition ofthe soccer fields for the coming 201PNG Games.

The Lae Football Association is one ofthe biggest and oldest soccer associations inthe Morobe province.

This underthe news executive,the members saythey want to do something different.

LFA General Secretary, Tom Maring, saysthe first thingthey will do is to changethe phase ofthe playing fields.

The soccer association isthe home of more than twenty six teams taking part in various divisions inthe competition. And, it’s one know to have produced outstanding soccer players and referees.

The old football association will host most ofthe soccer games of teams coming from all over Papua New Guineaduringthe 201PNG Games.

The construction ofthe fields is expected to begin later this year.
