The Government says it is determined to ensure that the small people both in the urban and rural areas are assisted to create wealth.
Wealth to help improve their own lives and communities as well as the economy of the country.
This will come about through Small and Medium Enterprises otherwise known as SMEs.
Spearheading the initiative is the department of Commerce and Industry.
