Jets Arrive for Match Against Hunters Tomorrow

Defending Premiers, Ipswich Jets arrived in Port Moresby today, for the match against the Hunters tomorrow.

The team to take on the Hunters is the same team that beat them last year during the semi finals.

The Jets sit on the 6th place on the Intrust Super Cup (ISC) ladder, and with five games left in the competition, tomorrow’s match will be difficult. This was made clear by Jets Coach, Shane Walker.

Walker added, they plan to play more defensive tomorrow, knowing how dangerous the Hunters can be.

As what many players from teams in the ISC say, Jets Captain, Dane Philip mentioned again that playing the Hunters is always physical and many players go back sore after the match.

Amongst the team, were brothers Sebastian and Richard Pandia who were greeted by family and friends at the Jacksons International Airport.

Former Hunter, Sebastian says he is psyched and ready to take on his former team mates.

As for Richard, he is happy to be back in Port Moresby and to play at the new National Football Stadium.

The match is scheduled to kick off tomorrow at 4pm at the National Football Stadium.
