Palais Back in Training for Hong Kong Sevens

By Godwin Eki – EMTV Sports, Port Moresby

After a week-long break, the ICTSI Palais started their training yesterday in preparation for the Hong Kong Sevens. Former Captain, Kymlie Rapilla, says the team is currently working on areas that need much improvement.

Rapilla stated that the main aim of the Hong Kong Sevens is to get the team qualify into the world circuit.

Now back into training, Palais will have to bring their A game as they hope to qualify into the circuit.

With much work ahead, working on areas of improvement, from combinations to providing strong defence and attacking techniques, it is critical the Palais get it right, but with limited time on their hand, the Palais will have to commit themselves to training if they are to qualify into the circuit – Right now, commitment and sacrifice is what the team needs.

HSBC Hong Kong Sevens will start on the 5th of April.
