Youths are the future leaders and must be given the second chance in life because they will determine tomorrow.
This was from the Minister for Community Development of the Autonomous Bougainville Government, Josephine Getsi, when opening the Mock Youth Parliament in Buka.
Minister Getsi says its important youths have to know the parliamentary procedures and how issues are to be debated.
