An early Christmas gift for June Valley Adventist Academy School students in the nation’s capital is a new classroom to help cater to increasing enrolments.
Moresby North-West MP, Michael Malabag officially opened the building today. Mr Malabag’s speech focused on education as a catalyst for change.
Education, a government priority, will be implemented in the Moresby North-West electorate.
Malabag officially opened the classroom, funded by the District Service Improvement Program (DSIP) at the cost of K50,000.
Head teacher Pastor Kembol Kep thanked the Moresby North-West Member’s office for the gift.The new classroom will accommodate third grade students. The new classroom signifies the transition from elementary to fully-fledged primary schools by 2016.
June Valley Adventist Academy is a Seventh Day Adventist school focused on quality teaching and learning, empowering students with faith to prosper in education.
