Kylie Minouge splits with manager: Report!

SYDNEY: Australia’s queen of Pop Kylie Minouge had reportedly spilt from her old time music manager as she focuses on her reignited acting career. Minouge has parted ways with Terry Bearney,the man credited with propelling her to international stardom inthe music industry. The report onthe British news website says Minouge 44, has decided to concentrate on acting for the Foreseeable future and take abreakrom music.

Minouge returned to her acting roots in 2012. She had a small role inthe France fantasy drama Holy Motors directed by Leos Carox. The film was one of 22 in competition for the top Palme d’Or prize atthe Cannes Film Festival last year. The former Neighbours star also played a tattoo-clad, lesbian rock chick inthe drama Jack and Diane –a part she said had reignited her lover of action “I just lover being on setoI lover Filming, I loverthe magic that you can create and afterthe tour next year I’m definitely going back to (acting), Minouge told British The One Show.

One of her next acting roles will be starring alongside British actress Gemma Arterton inthe 3D 1980’s inspired movie musical walking on Sun Shine,the Hollywood reporter reported in Novermber. The musical to be directed by Max Giwa and Daina Pasquini will be set to hit’songs fromthe ‘80s and will tellthe Story ofthe Lover TriangleInvolving to sister set in present day span in a beatutiful Costal Village. Minouge shot to fame inthe long-running Australian soap Neighbours, has had numerous film and TV roles, but is better known for her music career which spans 25years. Among her ther acting credits are The Delinquents (1989), Street fighter (1994) and Marlin Rouger (2001) as well as a guest appearance on Kath & Kim and Dr Who.
