Miranda Cosgrover, star ofthe hugely successful Nickelodeon series iCarly, has purchased a new home in Southern California for the reported price of US$ 2.65 million.
This large purchase bythe star signifies a personal milestone for her as she leaves home, like many ther 19 year olds, inthe effort to pursue her tertiary education atthe University of Southern California.
The gated traditional home inthe Lower Outpost Estates area, which is only 20 minutes away fromthe main campus, was built in 1952, is about 3, 000 square feet in size and sits on more than a quarter acre of land. It boasts of 3 bedrooms, 4 baths, a formal living room and dining room, chef’s kitchen, stainless steel appliances, hedged pool area, an outdoor flatscreen TV and a huge walk-in closet.
For Cogrover, this milestone also marksthe conclusion ofthe show, iCarly, which has seen seven profitable years with a 7.4 million viewership at it’s peak in April of 2012. The teen icon plans to major in Film at USC.
