Registrar of Political Parties Dr. Alphonse Gelu says his office wishes to create a culture of compliance withinthe country.
His statement comes followingthe announcement of coalition leader People’s National Congress and People’s Party merging.
Dr. Gelu said following guidelines and procedures underthe law is an important feature in any modern government.
This is a key ingredient in establishing legitimacy in government.
