Team Manus Coordinator, Poyap Ponau, told EMTV Sports that 93 athletes will represent Manus at the 7th BSP PNG Games.
Unfortunately, apart from the financial incentive from the provincial government, they are still experiencing financial issues.
In the coming days, Team Manus may be forced to make more cuts to a more affordable number.
Mr Ponau is appealing to Manus Business houses and Manus people around Papua New Guinea to help send their team across to West New Britain next week.
