Court reinstated Prime Minister Sir Michael Somare attempted to enter government House for the swearing in ceremony but was refused entry by heavily armed Police and Defence personnel.
Officials from government House advised the Somare regime that instruments were not in place therefore the swearing-in ceremony cannot take place.
Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare who had instruments declaring him as Prime Minister was also turned away.
