The Southern Highlands Province will be hosting its first ever Cultural Show 12th – 14th of December, 2013.
This was confirmed bythe Chairman of Southern Highlands Provincial Cultural Show, Mr Richard Awesa.
The purpose ofthe show is to promote and preservethe rich and diverse culture of Southern Highlands Province, as well as to provide spin off tourism opportunities for local businesses.
The cultural show will showcase interesting and unique cultures ofthe Southern Highlanders.
Staging ofthe show will be at WALITShow Ground in Lower Mendi.
Former Southern Highlands Governor Anderson Agiru will bethe guest speaker.
