Air Niugini’s subsidiary company, Link PNG will launch its inaugural service to Losuia, in Milne Bay Province at the end of this month. Which wil then be followed by commercial flight in early April.
The schedule flights will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. Losuia airport is located on Kiriwina Island, which is part of the Trobrian group of Islands.
In addition to the Losuia service, Link PNG will also introduce it’s daily services to Kiunga, Hagen and Lae via Rabaul. This new service also comes into effect this month.
Link PNG currently flies to 12 PNG destinations; however the inclusion of Losuia and Mt Hagen now brings to total, 14 destinations.
All Link PNG services are operated by the airline’s Dash 8 fleet.
