The expendituretheme this year is “Growingthe Local Economy throughInstitutional Strenthening to Improver Service Delivery”.
Governor Ereman Tobaining Junior said this will futher be strenthened bythe new financing arrangement embraced bythe O’Neill/Dion Government.
