Robert Gall, owner ofthe property destroyed overthe weekend bPNGDF soldiers, is compiling a report with lawyers to present tothPNGDF hierarchy.
The reportowhich will incorporate all events that took place sincethe first fight between one ofthe soldiers and youths two weeks ago, will also be given tothe Six Mile Police Station Command.
NCD Superintendent of Operations Ndranou Perou saidthe report he received from six mile command stated that police onthe scene were outnumbered andtherefore couldn’t do much to preventthe soldiers from destroying property and terrorizing settlers.
Superintendent Perou said he does not blame his men, and expectsthe victims not to do so.
Meanwhile,thPNGDF hierarchy has not made any comment onthe incident.
