The PNG Trade Expo 2015 has provided an avenue for business houses to market their products and services.
This was evident at the exhibitions showcased at Holiday Inn in Port Moresby where over 35 local and international exhibitors took part.
The PNG Trade Expo 2015 ended on a high note today, with a wide display of products and services advertised.
The three day event themed ‘Come and See what’s new in the market place’ attracted hundreds of shoppers.
From sole trader to multinational organisations, this year’s expo was even bigger with local and international exhibitors, selling products and services that span across all industries.
Century 21 was one real estate company in attendance. Despite the drop in market prices, Property Sales Associate, Solomon Gavara-Nanu said the company’s sale is consistent.
The expo did not only market the exhibitors’ products and services but provided potentially lifesaving educational messages.
Fire has been an ongoing problem particularly in the country’s main cities like Port Moresby and Lae.
Sika Fire took addressed the issue at the expo, in how to properly use fire extinguishers.
Officer from the Sika Fire, Sandra Oa, appealed to all families, to ensure their houses have fire extinguishers.
Based on what was showcased at this year’s Expo, it is anticipated that it will be even bigger next year.
