Pacific Hospitality Group Buys AC Hotel to Expand Hospitality Services

The Pacific Hospitality Group, owned by the Cotton Exchange Investment Properties, a leading hotel, resort and golf course development and management company, has purchased AC Hotel New Orleans in order to expand their portfolio.

With current properties including Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, Pasea Hotel and Spa in Huntington Beach to open next year, the purchase of AC Hotel will expand the hospitality services provided by the company.

AC Hotel is an eight story hotel which was built in 1921 and opened in November 2014. After renovations, the hotel will offer 220 guest rooms, a lounge, fitness centre, business centre and a ballroom.

Tim Busch, CEO of Pacific Hospitality Group in a statement said “we are excited to be the owners of the first AC Hotel by Marriott in North America and look forward to being an integral part of the New Orleans community”.

The company will continue to balance its expanding hospitality with exceptional properties to deliver unique experiences for both leisure and group travellers.
