With current properties including Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, Pasea Hotel and Spa in Huntington Beach to open next year, the purchase of AC Hotel will expand the hospitality services provided by the company.

AC Hotel is an eight story hotel which was built in 1921 and opened in November 2014. After renovations, the hotel will offer 220 guest rooms, a lounge, fitness centre, business centre and a ballroom.

The company will continue to balance its expanding hospitality with exceptional properties to deliver unique experiences for both leisure and group travellers.
