PNG Football Association has identiflied coaches to run excellence programs in respective regions inthe country.
This is to identify and preparethe best and new generation of players.
A total of 22 participants aroundthe country attended a workshop in Lae recently. It was to enhancethe performance ofthe team and tothe develop full potential of each player.
The Participants also learnt coaching skills both practically andtheoretically.
PNG Football Association identiflied player development as a key objective. With assistance from Oceania Football Federation and FIFA, will help preparethe best future players.
Meantimethe FIFA Youth Course was successful in buildingthe foundation of new player development plan.
