No end yet to the dispute over the Vice Chancellor position at Uni Tech in Lae.
Lawyers representing the University Council have been instructed to file a contempt of court proceeding against Dr Albert Schram.
Pro Chancellor Ralph Saulep says Dr. Schram is illegally occupying the office of the vice chancellor.
Dr Schram was terminated by the council last month but he claims otherwise.
