U14 Binatangs set for Queensland State Championships

The AFL PNG Coca Cola under-14 Binatangs will be travelling to Brisbane tomorrow to compete in the Queensland State Championships.

The team of twenty-two players selected from Provinces around the country is in Port Moresby preparing themselves to travel overseas of which their first taste of the match will be next Monday on the Sunshine Coast.

The young team is excited for the challenge that lies ahead and is ready to play three games against the best footballers and talent scouts in Queensland.

Team officials who will be travelling with the boys are Coach Ben Drew, assistant coach Herman Bubu and team Manager William Yogamin.

Meantime the boys are undergoing training with their trainer Pint Kar at the Amini Park.
