Rape suspect surrenders

Police and members ofthe Lae’s East Taraka community have begun a hunt for three suspects wanted for the rape of a Lae nurse on Saturday. 

This comes after one suspect turned himself in yesterday and provided names and details ofthe thers.

The names were given to community lLeadersat a meeting today.

Members ofthe community have expressed anger and have threatened to burn downthe family homes ofthe suspects ifthey don’t come forward.
