The new O-League season 2013 may have an effect on PNG’s representative team from the National Soccer League.
The OFC Champions League will play its finals in May and with the NSL season likely to be delayed, both competitions may clash.
The change in format means that the PNG Football Association will also have to adjust its format of the NSL to cater for their representative club playing the in O-League.
Current clubs which will compete in the 2013 O-League season are Vanuatu’s Amicale, New Zealand’s Auckland City, Ba from Fiji and PNG’s very own Hekari United.
