MoU Signed to Commence Work on ATS Water Project

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Monday atthe Eda Ranu head office to commence work onthe water project at ATS.

 

The project will cost a total of K3.1 million, and is a significant new service for the ATS community.

The project is a milestone achievement for the ATS community who has been suffering from poor water supply for the past 17 years.

 

The signing will now see work onthe ground get underway.

 

Eda Ranu Chief Executive Officer, Henry Mokono said Eda Ranu is passionate to provide water tothe people.

 

Mr Mokono added thatthe project should be completed under six months.

 

Chairman of ATS water community Collin Bero saidthe communities have pledged to supportthe project.

 

Mr Beroi saidthe project will easethe burden of 7 thousand people who search for water every day.

 

All Pumps Solutions and Services Consultants isthe contractor assigned tothe project.
