Contractors with Lae’s City Council are furious over the delayed signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, between the Lae city Council, and the newly established Lae City Authority.
They say the Lord Mayor, Koim Trilu Leahy should go ahead with the signing to allow for improvements to be made in the city.
