Introducing Speedcast to PNG’s IT scene

Global ICT service provider, SpeedCast, has opened up shop in Port Moresby in a move that country manager, Scott Tipping, describes as “significant”.

Until now, the company has been in the country for 10 years without a physical location.

SpeedCast is an Australian Stock Exchange, ASX-listed company that serves over 140 countries via 39 teleports, over 10,000 maritime vessels, offshore rigs and crew ships, over 4,500 terrestrial sites and in-excess of over 2,000 customers.

Mr. Tipping says the company is best suited for the country’s landscape.
