Momentum toward the 2015 Port Moresby Pacific Games is building, in host city, Port Moresby.
The Sir Hubert Murray Stadium is one of the major venues well underway with serious development for next year’s Games.
The Sir Hubert Murray stadium, home to various Sport such as weightlifting, soccer, rugby touch, union and other 2015 Pacific Games competing Sport is still undergoing it's transformation.
It was initially in a dilapidated state after successfully staging the 1969 was then known as the South Pacific Games, but now the glory moment is soon to be revealed, and Curtain Brothers construction was on hand to make it happen.
The rectangular field is made to an international stadium with closely regulated 25 thousand seats that will be erected in four directions with a main grand stand, which will closely wrap around with other amenities, including the ablution blocks.
The field will be turfed with natural grass which is cultivated in the old cricket pitch and the grass well looked after to cover the rectangular field.
While redevelopments are currently being carried out in other venues, the clock is still ticking down the days and today marks 317 days to go.
