Young women seeking to further their education recently received a helping hand of 27 thousand kina from Esso Highlands Limited.
Community Investments Advisor Valentina Kaman says the PNG LNG Project was pleased to support the Business and Professional Women’s Club in their efforts to help young women complete their education.
Susil Nelson, President of the BPW Club says the Club assists to meet part of the women’s education costs particularly those who have stopped midway in their education.
The donation was made to the Business and Professional Women’s Club, a non-government organization established in 1982.
It operates under the umbrella of the National Council of Women and supports women wishing to attend tertiary institutions and colleges.
