The Chinese Ambassador in PNG Chu Behua says ‘Ifthe youth are wise,the country will be wise.
Mr. Behua gave a keynote address to hundreds atthe orientation week atthe University of Goroka.
The ambassador also made a K20, 000 donation tothe university.
