Bawa stands for NCD Regional Seat

Former NCD Police Metropolitan Superintendent, Andy Bawa, is contesting the NCD Regional seat.

Bawa is among 47 other candidates vying for the governor seat against sitting MP, Powes Parkop.

Basic service delivery in water, health, education, human resource development and law and order, are his policies.

Bawa says he is confident he can deliver basic government services and address law and order problems and empowering local SME’s.

He assured people during his campaigns at 8 mile settlement outside Port Moresby yesterday, that he’s aim is to make Port Moresby a safer city.

He also campaigned for good governance, and says he does not condone police brutality against betelnut sellers, and he wants to develop the city’s settlements, and prevent evictions.

With his 12 years’ experience in the police force, he is confident to he can look after the people of NCD.
