The Head of the National Aids Council Secretariat says the organisation is struggling to do its work because of lack of funding and government support.
Regional Manager, Valentine Tangoh, said over the last 3 years, NACS has not received a development budget from the Government.
Mr. Tangoh was a guest speaker in the 1st HIV Summit in Port Moresby this morning.
