The Agricultural and Natural Resources Sectoral Committee, today questioned the lack of emphasis on agriculture in 2015 Medium Term Development Plan.
The committee says agriculture is base economy where 87 per cent of our population depends on it, yet it is not accorded the appropriate backings.
