The NCD Governor’s Cup may have ended yesterday, however the drive to see the competition excel is still in discussion among the tournament organisors.
Tournament Coordinator, Sengelo Skonga, has seen the competition grow over the years, and is now planning to introduce other sporting codes in this annual rugby competition.
