Jiwaka is the 13th Province in Papua New Guinea to have a new Physical Planning Board.
This means that they will have the powers and functions of the Ministry at the Provincial level in terms of decision making.
The Board members were sworn in by the Lands and Physical Planning Minister, Benny Allan, Last Friday.
The Minister also unveiled the Kurumul Township in Jiwaka Province’s physical plan.
