PM's Case Adjourned
The court case on Prime Minister Peter OโNeillโs warrant of arrest continues as a final adjournment was handed down today by Justice Ere Kariko.
The adjournment comes after Paul Paraka Lawyersโ counsel, Martin Kombri, claimed he was not served with documents on the application.
ย
A disappointed Justice Ere Kariko told the court that this is an issue amongst lawyers thus he reluctantly adjourned the matter.
ย
Another scene at the courts today was the new police lawyer, Sam Bonner, who replaced Paul Mawa.
ย
Sam Bonner was the Acting commissioner, Geoffrey Vakiโs counsel in the contempt case against Tom Kulunga.
ย
Meanwhile, state lawyers have filed all necessary documents that are now before the judge.
