The NMSA Chief Executive has issued a strong statement to the public, saying they must observe the Small Craft Act.
Mr Unas says poor decision making against the Small Craft Act, may pose a dangerous risk when travelling out at sea.
He says, with the National Elections nearing, maritime provinces must be aware of the consequnces of breaching the Small Craft Act.
