The Head of the Road Traffic Authority says illegal issuing of drivers license is contributing to the high number of accidents in the country.
Chief Executive Officer, Nelson Terema said, many drivers are obtaining their licenses through corrupt means.
CEO Terema says RTA is now putting in place a central system with other relevant agencies to crack down abusers.
