Popondetta School in Need of New Computers

In an effort to bring attention to the needs of their school, grade twelve students from the Popondetta Secondary School did things a little different.

The Popondetta Secondary School's computer lab had been dorment for years, which caused students leaving the high school, lacking basic knowledge in information technology.

A group of grade 12 students decided to do something for their school, themselves and for other students to come- they walked the Kokoda Track for six days to appeal for sponsorship towards putting new computers in their computer labs.
