As the Digicel Cup enters Round three this weekend, the Port Moresby Vipers and Gulf Isapea’s have another three weeks to seek alternative venues to host their home matches in Port Moresby.

Situated in the biggest suburbs of Hohola and Waigani, the Hohola and Kone Tigers Oval have produced, and are home to some skillful footballers and loyal supporters of the local league.

Some developments have taken place in previous years to cater for the growing populace of the game. And surrounding communities are very much anticipating that they catch a glimpse of their favorite footballers and hope that their community oval be chosen to host the prestigious tournament.
